I have a special passion for supporting children, individuals, and families through life's most challenging experiences — creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel empowered to process difficult emotions, build resilience, and find their way toward healing. My education and clinical experience allow me to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique story, strengths, and goals.

How sessions work

15 minutes to talk through what's going on and see if it's a fit.

We get oriented: your history, your goals, what "better" looks like.

45-50 minutes, in-person or by video, at a consistent time each week.

We revisit progress together and adjust the plan as things change.
